*BARBELL CLASS PREREQUISITES:
You must have completed 6 months of Crossfit classes.

MEN:

  • SNATCH AT LEAST 75% OF BODYWEIGHT
  • CLEAN AND JERK AT LEAST BODYWEIGHT

LADIES:

  • SNATCH AT LEAST 50% OF BODYWEIGHT
  • CLEAN AND JERK AT LEAST 60% OF BODYWEIGHT

YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THIS CLASS…NO EXCEPTIONS! EVERY MINUTE HAS A PURPOSE.

We hope by setting a required standard it motivates many of you to set these as your goals for this year.

**Hero WOD:
NO prerequisites, except to show up and do your best to honor a fallen hero. The class will begin with a brief description of that hero or heroes. PLEASE DO NOT BE TARDY! It’s disrespectful to that HERO, your fellow athletes, and your coach.
